ONE Programme: Leadership
ONE Programme: Leadership is about the Methodist Church investing in young adults, giving them opportunities so that they can grow in leadership and flourish in exciting faith sharing projects. We do this through partnering with churches and projects across the Methodist Connexion offering funded placements for young adults to work with them for one year. The focus for these placements is on making new disciples, pioneering and church planting and evangelism. The young adults train as part of a cohort with other young adults doing similar faith sharing roles, including Cliff Years and reflect on their placements
As workers there are two ways to engage with ONE Programme: Leadership
- You may know a young adult who is keen to exploring sharing their faith and ONE Programme: Leadership would be the ideal place for them to explore this calling. If this is the case, point them in the direction of the ONE Programme: Leadership website or the @YAMethodist Social media pages.
- Your church/project may be doing amazing work in making new disciples, pioneering and church planting or evangelism and you could explore becoming a ONE Programme: Leadership placement. In this case follow the link for more details.
