Share A Gift of Christmas and Celebrate the Nativity Story Together
The Methodist Church has recently published A Gift ofChristmas. The latest edition of the popular booklet contains Biblepassages, excerpts from Christmas hymns and other quotations. Thebooklet, priced at £5 for 50 from Methodist Publishing, enablesindividuals and communities to celebrate and reflect on the storyof Christmas together.
The Revd Ruth Gee, President of the Methodist Conference, said: "AGift of Christmas gives churches and individuals the opportunity toshare the joy, hope and challenge of the birth of Jesus. For many,Christmas is a time for celebration and sharing. For others, it isa difficult time or simply a festival that takes place duringwinter.
