All meals will be provided for Conference members at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. 

The breakfast room will be confirmed shortly before the Conference begins and will be announced at the Conference Registration Desk and at the Help Desk.

Lunch and dinner will be two-course, self-service hot meals, served in the Palace Suite. This is also where tea and coffee will be served during breaks. 

As many representatives attend ordination services on Sunday, the evening meal is optional on Sunday.  You will be asked before the Conference if you wish to take your evening meal at the hotel.  If you prefer to eat out, you may reclaim the cost of your evening meal up to an agreed maximum. Contact the Conference Office for more information. 

District representatives should submit their claims via their District Treasurer; all other representatives, and Ordinands, should submit their claims to the Conference Office using the claim form, which will be sent to you before the Conference. Claims must be supported by receipts.
