Accommodation

The Conference arranges accommodation for all representatives. During the 2017 Conference, representatives will be housed at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, where they will have bed, breakfast and all other meals, except the evening meal on Sunday, which is optional.

Unless sharing, members will stay in comfortable single occupancy rooms with en-suite shower or bath and WC and tea/coffee-making facilities. Double occupancy rooms are available for representatives who wish to share with another member of the Conference or who wish to bring a spouse or partner for all or some of the Conference. Rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a television.  If you need a room adapted for people with limited mobility, these are available too. Just tell us what you need when you complete your registration form.

The hotel's excellent facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness centre and gym, a newsstand and gift shop, a bank ATM, a coffee shop and a guest lounge. The NEC grounds around the hotel offer park and lakeside walks and there is a cinema and shopping outlets at Resorts World, a short walk away.
