Access to W:LP

Worship: Leading & Preaching is hosted on a Virtual Learning Platform called Moodle. Click here to access the site.

In order to account for the number of people accessing the site and to keep the task of managing accounts under control we will be assigning personal log in details to students, mentors  and tutors only.

Notifications of registrations of new students and tutors for Worship: Leading & Preaching should be made by Local Preachers Secretaries via the LPWL Return Form after the Local Preachers Meeting where commencement of training on the new course has been agreed. We are only taking registrations in this way. The LPWL Return Form can be found in various versions here.

The LPWL Return Form also allows Local Preachers Secretaries to add the details of a new student's mentor. Mentors will receive a personal log in to the Open Learning site at the same time of the registration of the new student.

Any mentors who are assigned to students after their registration can email to request a personal user account. Please include your name, circuit, student's name and email address.

We are not assuming that all existing Faith & Worship tutors will require (or want) access and log in details for Worship: Leading & Preaching and will need to be notified of any existing tutors who do need access. This should also be done on the LPWL Return Form. There is also space to indicate whether this tutor is tutoring Worship: Leading & Preaching in addition to or instead of Faith & Worship on the form.

For anyone who is not a registered student, tutor or mentor for Worship: Leading & Preaching who might wish to use the materials as part of their continuing development or to browse the materials for any other reason, details of a generic log in is below. This log in offers limited copyright free access to the course. Full references to these materials are given in the course should users wish to source these additional resources themselves.

** Please note that these accounts are for the use of people across the whole Connexion and not any one individual. It is not permitted under any circumstances to amend any profile settings (including email addresses and passwords) for these accounts.

If you require your own account then please speak to your Local Preachers Secretary or email for advice and information. **
