The Help Desk team will be pleased to be your first point of call for all initial enquiries relating to the Connexional Team or to the life and mission of the Methodist Church.
It will help by:
- Answering your enquiry, or
- Directing your call to an appropriate member of the Connexional Team, or
- Ensuring that someone calls you back promptly if an immediate answer cannot be given, or
- Answering your enquiry by email, if you prefer.
The Help Desk team is committed to excellent communication and service for the Methodist Church.
Where you know the person to whom you wish to speak or the topic that you wish to discuss, you will be put straight through to the appropriate person.
The Help Desk team will know which members of staff are in Methodist Church House and available at any one time, and will know how to ensure that you are able to leave a message and receive a prompt reply.
The connexional offices in Manchester dealing with property and the work of the Trustees for Methodist Church Purposes will retain their own contact details (Central Buildings, Oldham Street, Manchester, M1 1JQ, Tel: 0161 236 5194) but the Help Desk team will also be able to put people through.
