About Buy Less Live More
During Lent 2008 these webpages (accessible through www.buylesslivemore.org.uk) were a resource to encourage people to change their patterns of behaviour - becoming less 'consumerist' and more generous and fulfilled.
There were two different challenges on each day of Lent, around the two themes of 'Buy Less' and 'Live More' and these appeared on this website each day of Lent. There was also a facility to receive the daily challenges by email.
The entire list of 40 daily challenges can be downloaded as a Word document.
To tie in with and promote 'Buy Less Live More' a special Lent 'credit card' was produced. The idea was that people put the cards in their wallets, covering up their real credit cards, as a reminder to 'think before you spend'.
Alternatively, a downloadable wrap-around credit card cover was also available.
