The Resourcing Mission Forum 2018

The Resourcing Mission Forum 2017: Mission Fit? 

The Resourcing Mission Forum for 2017 was held at Kings Park, Northampton, from Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th May.

As every year, it was an opportunity for district officers involved in property, including buildings and money, to get hints, tips and guidance pertinent to dealing with our properties.

In 2016, we were fortunate to have both the President and the Secretary of the Conference join us. The 2017 programme included the Vice-President as well. Amongst the topics discussed were some good news stories, ways to engage more effectively in mission, and environmental issues. The gathering was also utilised to enable specialised Q&A sessions for district property secretaries and district grants officers.

Throughout the event, members of the Connexional Team and TMCP were on hand to answer queries and discuss current issues.

The President of the Conference, the Revd Dr Roger Walton, delivered the keynote address (entitled 'Holiness') on the final morning, and led the Eucharist to close the Forum.
