All ROLES WORKING/VOLUNTEERING WITH CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE OR VULNERABLE ADULTS 

The Confidential Declaration should be completed by all those wishing to work in roles where they will be in substantial contact with children and/or vulnerable adults. This includes ministers. The information on this form will be treated in confidence, and be seen only by those involved in the recruitment process and, when appropriate, a Safeguarder / DBS administrator. The form will be kept securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please note that the confidential declaration form has replaced  Form X  and  Form B.

children, those worried about their own thoughts or behaviour towards children and those concerned about the worrying sexual behaviour of a child or young person.

www.parentsprotect.co.uk is a child sexual abuse prevention and awareness website which helps parents and carers do the best they can to protect their children from sexual abuse. The site is a useful resource of information, guidance and resources.
