THIS PAST CASES REVIEW SUBMISSIONS OFFICIALLY ENDED ON THE 24TH DECEMBER 2014. ANY PAST CONCERNS (AS WITH CURRENT CONCERNS) SHOULD BE REPORTED DIRECTLY TO YOUR DISTRICT SAFEGUARDING OFFICER.

 

PCR Conference Reports
Following the Pilot Past Cases Review, from March 2013 the past cases review roll out in Clusters is well underway and due to finish by the end of 2014. The PCR conference reports  can be found below.

Letters
Letters are sent to all Presbyters, Deacons, District Chairs, Superintendent Ministers and former Presidents and Vice Presidents approximately 4 weeks before the date for your cluster. The letter sent to ministers is below, please share it with the church.

Launch Events
The launch event will be an opportunity to ask questions about completing responses, to gain an understanding of the process and to raise awareness.  The deadline date for all response to be received by, will be four weeks after the launch event in you cluster.  Please find below the launch timetable for all Districts.

If anyone from the Districts wishes to respond please feel free to complete the response form and send it in either by email to pastcasesreview@methodistchurch.org.uk  or post it to Methodist Church House, 25 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5JR.

www.parentsprotect.co.uk is a child sexual abuse prevention and awareness website which helps parents and carers do the best they can to protect their children from sexual abuse. The site is a useful resource of information, guidance and resources.
