Dear Friends in Mission,

"...I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." Galatians 2:19-20 (NRSV)

The Easter season is always one of hope and expectation, as well as of remembrance of God's unfailing love and compassion towards us. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ needs little introduction to those who already believe; only an encouragement to remember that because our old self has died in Christ, and our new self is alive in Christ - as it is no longer us who live but Christ - we can do so much more. We can dream bigger. We can envision better. We can have greater hope!

In our partnership with Partner Churches and organisations, with mission partners and other mission personnel around the world, we can be encouraged by how they dare to dream big, more often than not by faith and not sight. During this Easter time, we can be challenged by their good news stories to put our hope and trust in Jesus Christ, the one who makes these things happen, as our World Church partners do.

Jesus Christ, the risen Lord and Saviour!

The World Church Relationships Team wishes you a very Happy Easter
