Deacon Eunice Attwood

Eunice is a Methodist deacon. She is a tutor in Pastoral Theology at the Queen's Foundation in Birmingham, and a member of the Centre for Ministerial Formation since 2012. She is passionate to encourage students to see theological reflection as a vital tool in contributing to effective and robust pastoral practice.

Prior to this Eunice worked at Brunswick Methodist Church, Newcastle Upon Tyne -a busy city-centre church with a fantastic team of paid staff and volunteers. Whilst there she helped to establish Newcastle Street Pastors and projects working with vulnerable groups including sex workers, homeless men and women and those addicted to drugs and alcohol.

And in 2010/2011 she was the vice-president of the Methodist Conference.

She loves reading, going to the pictures, theatre, rock concerts and most of all eating out with friends.
