The Revd Dr Roger Walton

Roger Walton is a Methodist minister and chair of the West Yorkshire Methodist District. From 1999-2010 he was the director of the Wesley Study Centre, Durham and before that was responsible for adult learning and training in the Methodist Church.

His books, The Reflective Disciple and Learning for Ministry are the result of his passion in Christian education and practical theology, working out what it means to a follower of Jesus in today's world.

Roger is married to Marion and they have two grown up children. He recently became a (very proud) grandfather. He also confesses to being a mean table tennis player.
