GUN CRIME

We think that gun crime is getting much more common - too many children are being shot.

We want to make it safer, to stop children having guns, and to stop the peer pressure that says that guns are cool.

GUNS AND KIDS DON'T MIX!

What can you do to help ?

• Raise money for metal detectors for secondary schools
• Campaign for the government to tighten up the rules and make it harder for people to buy guns.
• Campaign to have police around by schools in areas where there are problems with gun crime.
• Write a letter to the Home Secretary about what you would like to happen.

• Go to school with your parents, walk home with your parents.
• If you see someone with a weapon, tell a teacher or a person in authority.
