Watch a webinar
There are a number of webinars, from the Well Learning Hub YouTube channel and beyond, that will help you to think about the emotional and mental health needs of your children and young people - as well as your own needs and those of your colleagues:
- Moving forward - thriving after lockdown was a Well Webinar led by Dr. Claire Rush, Mission and Advocacy Enabler for Girls' Brigade Ministries.
- Covid 19 and mental health was a Well Webinar that you can watch on catch-up. It includes a basic introduction to trauma and some suggested activities to do with your young people to help them to talk about understand their feelings.
- Thinking about return and recovery was a Methodist Schools Webinar that can be watched on catch-up. Whilst designed for a schools work/education setting, there's lots of transferable learning on trauma-informed practice that would also apply in a children's and youth work setting.
