This page is for workers, churches or projects interested in hosting a ONE Programme Participant or running ONE Opportunity. If you are a young person interested in applying for a ONE Programme role, click here.
The ONE Programme is about equipping, empowering, and encouraging young people in their discipleship, vocation and leadership.
The ONE Programme started in 2009 as part of the Methodist Church's Youth Participation Strategy and has so far involved around 90 young people, aged 16-23, as ONE Programme Participants (OPPs) - taking 'a year on' and making a difference in a variety of projects around the country.
The ONE Programme is now developing a number of new strands to engage young people more widely around the Connexion. The ONE Encounter and ONE Opportunity have started to operate and the current ONE Programme Participant strand continues unchanged.
