As part of its 'Bring your whole self to work' campaign, Mental Health First Aid England has produced a guide to supporting your mental health while working from home.  Also on offer is this toolkit for tackling stress, including simple self-care tips and a wellbeing check-up. Finally, these 30 minute activities are designed to boost your wellbeing during the workday
