Life on the Breadline is a research project analysing the nature, scope, and impact of Christian engagement with urban poverty in the UK. This webinar, hosted by Paul Morrison, Policy Adviser, Joint Public Issues Team and Eunice Attwood, Church at the Margins Officer, Evangelism and Growth Team, asks the question: What is God’s invitation to us in responding to this research? Church at the Margins and Poverty in the UK: Pandemic and Poverty, 15th June 2021
A conversation hosted by Eunice Attwood between justice campaigners and the wider church on the impact of poverty. ‘Before the pandemic 14.4 million people in the UK were experiencing poverty and as a result of the pandemic this is expected to rise significantly.’ How can the church respond? How can we listen, amplify, and be changed by people experiencing poverty?
