Equipped for Evangelism (training and resources)

All disciples of Jesus are called to listen for, speak of, and live out the Good News. 

Responding to our calling to share the Good News doesn’t require a personality transplant or the adoption of a theological stance with which we don’t resonate. Being an evangelist means authentically sharing the Good News where we are.

To help equip the whole Church for evangelism, we are creating a foundational training package in evangelism. This package, ‘Everyone an Evangelist’, focuses on helping all Methodists build theological rooting, spiritual confidence, and practical skills for sharing faith sensitively and effectively in their networks and communities. There is also a pathway especially for Methodist Leaders. You can find out more about this below. 

Although we are all called to witness to God’s goodness in word and deed, some have been given particular spiritual gifts for communicating the Gospel. If you feel called to a ministry as a Evangelist, click on the link below.
