www.ceop.police.uk/ceop-reporting is dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children. That means we are part of UK policing and very much about tracking and bringing offenders to account either directly or in partnership with local and international forces.

www.stopitnow.org.uk is a useful website for anyone with concerns about child sexual abuse. The Stop it Now! campaign operates a confidential freephone helpline for any adult with concerns including those worried about the sexual behaviour or another adult towards
children, those worried about their own thoughts or behaviour towards children and those concerned about the worrying sexual behaviour of a child or young person.

www.parentsprotect.co.uk is a child sexual abuse prevention and awareness website which helps parents and carers do the best they can to protect their children from sexual abuse. The site is a useful resource of information, guidance and resources.

Guidance and support on the issue of pornography

The Methodist Council report of 1-3 April 2017 MC17-34 Pornography Working Group, responds to a call from 3Generate 2014 which challenged the Methodist Church in Britain to help people of all ages, not just young people or youth workers, to discuss the realities and challenges of pornography. It highlights the complexity of defining pornography and explores some of the challenges raised by a rapidly changing agenda, in part driven by the development of digital technology.

The Council directed the Connexional Team both to ensure that this report remains available as a resource, and to make widely available the list of resources that were included as Appendix 5 of the report (follow the hyperlink above to read the report and appendices).
