'This man, handed over to you according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of those outside the law.' (v. 23)

When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, 'Brothers, what shall we do?' (vs 36-37)

Praising God and having the goodwill of all the people. And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved. (v. 47)

But Peter said, ‘I have no silver or gold, but what I have I give you; in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, stand up and walk.’ And he took him by the right hand and raised him up; and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. (vs 6-7)

'He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.' (v. 6)

Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith for his name’s sake. (v. 5)

'I am the Alpha and the Omega,' says the Lord God, 'who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.' (v. 8)

At least there is hope for a tree: If it is cut down, it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not fail. (v. 7)

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. (v. 21)

On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; he sets up victory like walls and bulwarks. (v. 1)

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. (v. 12)

So when Pilate saw that he could do nothing but rather that a riot was beginning, he took some water and washed his hands before the crowd saying, ‘I am innocent of this man’s blood; see to it yourselves.’ (vs 24-25)
