But Jesus, aware of their malice, said, "Why are you putting me to the test, you hypocrites? Show me the coin used for the tax." And they brought him a denarius. (v. 19)

For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need to look for a second one. (v. 7)

Purify our conscience from dead works to worship the living God! (v. 14b)

So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him. (v. 28)

And it is by God’s will that we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. (v. 10)

"This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days", says the Lord: "I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." (v. 16)

And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (vs 24-25)
