Scam Alert

We have been informed that an anonymous caller is contacting individuals, in particular clergy and claiming to be a police officer. They use the name Jeffery Johnson, giving collar number SC6621.

The caller tells the individual they are under arrest. They then seek to access their IP address on the computer.

If you are contacted by this person, do not give them any information or agree to them gaining access to your computer. You should end the call immediately.

These calls should be reported to Action Fraud or the police via 101.
