Walking Humbly – Launch of new resources

Is your church a place where people facing hunger and hardship can belong fully? You are invited to the launch of Trussell's Walking Humbly resources online on May 7th from 9am to 10.30am.

The resources include a booklet for church leaders and a series of Bible Studies to help explore how churches can be communities where all are welcomed and all voices are heard. The resources were written with Trussell's group of Lived Experience Partners - people who are Christians who have needed to access the support of a food bank. You can see the resources here: Resources | Trussell

Speakers at the event will include Hannah Fremont-Brown, Justice Seeking Church Officer for the Methodist Church and co-author of the resources, Bishop Martyn Snow, Bishop of Leicester and the CofE's lead Bishop on Poverty, and members of the Lived Experience Group and Trussell staff.

Please sign up for the webinar at Trussell Church Online Events | Trussell. If you want to order copies of the resources but can't make the webinar, please let us know at churches@trussell.org.uk
