Wesley Hotel Camden Rated ‘Excellent’ for sustainability

The Wesley Camden in north London, has received an ‘Excellent’ assessment under the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) for its sustainable design and its environmental practices. The Wesley Camden shares its building with Camden Methodist Church and is part of the Wesley Hotel Group. The group, who also operate The Wesley Euston, are known for their commitment to sustainable practices and social responsibility. They are part of the Methodist family.

Responding to homelessness

Folkestone Methodist Church and the Folkestone Rainbow Centre have announced a transformational £5 million partnership project that will demolish the existing Methodist Church on Sandgate Road and construct a purpose-built facility integrating year-round homeless services, community programmes and worship space.

As Christians we’re called to seek God’s justice. Justice that enables everyone, and all creation, to flourish. Justice that removes everything that diminishes people, that oppresses or exploits them. Justice that enables us all to grow in relationship with each other and with God.
