The Girls’ Brigade and the Methodist Church are working together to ensure that children in military families are welcomed by communities across the country with two new badges for Girls’ Brigade members having been launched at RAF Leeming on Thursday 16 April with the help of the Methodist Youth President, Genesis Padgett.

Methodists help persuade Cardiff Council to end the fossil fuel era

Cardiff Council has signed up to a fossil fuel non-proliferation treaty thanks to the work of Cardiff Methodist Circuit and others.
The circuit has been campaigning together with other Eco Churches in Cardiff from United Reformed Church and Church in Wales and also working with local councillors, Climate Cymru and Global Justice Now.
