Stakeholder Reference Group recruitment open

We are currently recruiting for the Digital Transformation Programme Stakeholder Reference Group, as of February 2026.

The Stakeholder Reference Group (SRG) provides insight, operational experience, and user‑centred feedback to inform the effective direction, alignment, and adoption of the Digital Transformation Programme. The SRG ensures that voices from across the Methodist Church are represented, particularly from those who will use or be impacted by digital services:

  • We are looking for representatives from circuits, districts, ministers, office holders, lay workers and volunteers.
  • Membership will be selected to ensure diversity of experience, geography, digital confidence, and user perspective.
  • Meetings will take place every 6-8 weeks, or aligned to key programme milestones, utilising Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical insight from a wide range of contexts, roles, and user groups across the Methodist Church.
  • Review proposals, prototypes, service designs, and user journeys to ensure they meet real‑world needs.
  • Identify adoption challenges and advise on user‑centred solutions to support successful change.
  • Offer feedback on communication plans, training approaches, and implementation activity.
  • Act as advocates within their networks, supporting wider engagement and understanding of the Programme.
