Superintendents' Conferences 2025 - a note from Richard Armiger
Dear Superintendents,
As you will be aware the bookings for the upcoming Superintendents' Conference opened on Wednesday 22 January. We are aware that due to the demand for places at this year's conference both venues booked up within less than a day. Whilst this is really positive we are aware that this means that a number of you have now found that you are unable to book a place and have been in contact with Stefan to follow up on this. At present we are creating a waiting list for those who have not been able to book a place.
We are aware that this is frustrating for some of you and so I wanted to get in touch today to let you know that we are working to find ways in which we can increase the capacity for both venues with the hope of being able to accommodate all those wishing to attend. Due to limitations on the number of rooms that each hotel has available we may need to explore making use of nearby hotels to fully accommodate everyone. We will do what we can to minimise this however we wanted to make sure that you were aware of this possible option.
If you have not yet been able to book your place and haven’t yet done so, please do get in touch with Stefan as soon as possible so that we can ensure we are fully aware of the overall numbers that we need to seek to accommodate.
I would like to reassure you that we will keep you posted of progress. Stefan will be in touch with those on the waiting list to update you as soon as places become available.
