Upcoming launch of the refreshed Methodist Online Suite

Dear all,

We are writing to update you on the upcoming launch of the refreshed Methodist Online Suite, which will go live shortly.

What to expect

The most visible change for users will be a refreshed look and feel. The interface has been redesigned to be cleaner, more consistent and easier to work through — particularly for annual returns, property consents and Statistics for Mission.

Alongside the visual refresh, we have made a significant number of back-end changes to improve performance, security and reliability, and to provide a stronger platform for future development.

A new delivery approach

Going forward, improvements to the Online Suite will be delivered in rolling 3-month blocks of work, rather than as occasional large releases. Each block will focus on a prioritised set of fixes and enhancements informed directly by user feedback. To support transparency, we will:

  • Publish a list of requests received from churches, circuits and districts.
  • Confirm the items committed to the next 3-month block.
  • Share progress updates as work is completed, via the Online Suite roadmap page.

Reporting issues and suggesting improvements

If you encounter any issues once the refreshed site is live, or would like to suggest a feature, please submit your feedback via our feedback form.

All submissions will be reviewed, added to the request list, and considered for a future block of work.
