Update on the Online Suite

Dear all

We would like to give you an update regarding the upcoming launch of a new Online Suite. There has been unexpected complications to finalising the work on the new system and as we are keen to launch a system that is fit-for-purpose, the launch date will be delayed until March 2026. The launch date will be confirmed in February 2026 and another communication will be sent out at that time.

We had hoped that this year’s Statistics for Mission could be entered in the new system but with the delays, we have decided to use the old system for this year. The old system has been configured so that information from the October count can be entered in. Click here to enter in your stats. The deadline for entering the information is Monday, 16 February 2026.

We apologise for the shorter than normal notice for this. As well, annual can continue to be submitted in the usual way via the current Online Suite. Any submissions made before the launch of the new Online suite in March will eventually be transferred across.

Lastly, we are very grateful for the work that you do and for your patience during this project. We apologise for any inconvenience and we appreciate that change is not easy. We are looking forward to the launch of the new system and updates will be posted here .
