Methodist Online Suite of Applications

The Online Suite portal provides access to the following main functions: 

  • ANNUAL RETURNS: This includes church and circuit property checklists (formerly Schedules A, C and D).
    Please note: for Schedules E, G and J, go to the Schedules and Forms page of the Property section; for the former Schedule B, go to the Standard Form of Accounts page of the Finance section
  • PROPERTY CONSENTS: Creating and managing property consent projects in your District, Circuit or Church.
  • STATISTICS FOR MISSION & WEB PROFILES:  Recording of statistical membership and attendance data as well as office holders and basic church, circuit and district web profile information.

Please note the the Managing Trustees' Consent Form and Data Collection Form, which are used for personal data purposes, are available from the TMCP website (Trustees for Methodist Church Purposes). 


22/01/2021: STATISTICS FOR MISSION - The submission deadline for the 2020 statistics is on 31 January 2021. Churches must ensure that their membership statistics have been entered by then.

01/09/2020: ANNUAL RETURNS - The site is now open for returns submissions for the year ending 31 August 2020. Churches have until 31 August 2021 to complete their entries.

07/05/2020:  GIFT AID - The Online Suite of Applications now also includes a GIFT AID PORTAL. Registered Gift Aid Secretaries should have received an information email from the Gift Aid Team.
