This was to fulfil what had been spoken through the prophet Isaiah, “He took our infirmities and bore our diseases.” (v. 17)

But Jesus said to him, “Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.” (v. 22)

“What sort of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?” (v. 27)

The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become a loaf of bread." (v. 3)

Then the whole town came out to meet Jesus; and when they saw him, they begged him to leave their neighbourhood. (v. 34)

"For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Stand up and walk’?" (v. 5)

But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick." (v. 12)

Then the disciples of John came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?” (v. 14)

Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” (v. 22)

When he entered the house, the blind men came to him; and Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to him, “Yes, Lord.” (v. 28)

At that very hour some Pharisees came and said to him, “Get away from here, for Herod wants to kill you." (v. 31)

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to set us free from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father. (vs 3-4)
