What good is it, my brothers and sisters, f you say you have faith but do not have works? (v. 14)

Who is wise and understanding among you? Show by your good life that your works are done with gentleness born of wisdom. (v. 13)

"You are the salt of the earth; but if salt has lost its taste, how can its saltiness be restored? " (v. 13)

As I looked, a stormy wind came out of the north: a great cloud with brightness around it and fire flashing forth continually, and in the middle of the fire, something like gleaming amber. (v. 4)

"You shall speak my words to them, whether they hear or refuse to hear; for they are a rebellious house." (v. 7)

"For you are not sent to a people of obscure speech and difficult language, but to the house of Israel – not to many peoples of obscure speech and difficult language, whose words you cannot understand. Surely, if I sent you to them, they would listen to you." (vs 5-6)

[The Lord] said to him, "Go through the city, through Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of those who sigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in it." (v. 4)

Then the glory of the Lord rose up from the cherub to the threshold of the house; the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the glory of the Lord. (v. 4)

"I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them; I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh." (v. 19)

While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and from the cloud a voice said, "This is my Son, the Beloved; with him I am well pleased; listen to him!" (v. 5)

"But," he said, "you cannot see my face; for no one shall see me and live." (v. 20)

And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a sound of sheer silence. (v. 12)
