'For to all those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away.' (v.29)

When all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread. Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, 'Go to Joseph; what he says to you, do.' Genesis 41:55

'Look, the money that we found at the top of our sacks, we brought back to you from the land of Canaan; why then would we steal silver or gold from your lord’s house?' (v. 8)

Joseph said to his brothers, ‘I am Joseph. Is my father still alive?’ But his brothers could not answer him, so dismayed were they at his presence. (v. 3)

Joseph made ready his chariot and went up to meet his father Israel in Goshen. He presented himself to him, fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while. (v. 29)

Then Jacob called his sons, and said: 'Gather around, that I may tell you what will happen to you in days to come.' (v. 1)

'I am a foreigner and stranger among you. Sell me some property for a burial site here so I can bury my dead.' (v. 4)

'I will make you swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and earth, that you will not get a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I live, but will go to my country and to my kindred and get a wife for my son Isaac.' (vs. 3-4)

and may your mother’s sons bow down to you.' (v.29)

And he was afraid, and said, ‘How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.’ (v. 17)
