I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him, so that, with the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance amongst the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power for us who believe, according to the working of this great power. (vs. 17-19)

...an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, ‘Get up, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt…’ Then Joseph got up, took the child and his mother by night, and went to Egypt… (vs 13-14)

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. (v. 2)

Can a woman forget her nursing child, or show no compassion for the child of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you. (v. 15)

They shall be called, ‘The Holy People, The Redeemed of the Lord. And you shall be called ‘Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken.’ (v. 12)
