"See, I am setting a plumb-line in the midst of my people Israel." (v. 8)

“Hear this, you that trample on the needy, and bring to ruin the poor of the land.” (v. 4)

“The time is surely coming," says the Lord (v.13)

But Peter, standing with the eleven, raised his voice and addressed them, “Men of Judea and all who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and listen to what I say." (v. 14)

Then afterward I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. (v. 28)

“Let anyone who is thirsty come to me, and let the one who believes in me drink. As the scripture has said, ‘Out of the believer’s heart shall flow rivers of living water.” (vs 37b-38)

And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit. (v.18)

“Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise we shall be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” (v. 4)

But when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, in order to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as children. (vs 4-5)

He said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (v. 14)

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life." (v. 16)

So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. (v. 27)
