Online Suite - update

We would like to give you an update regarding the upcoming launch of a new Online Suite. Work is being finalised on the new system and we are on track to launch the new Online Suite in mid to late January 2026. The launch date will be confirmed in December and another communication will be sent out at that time.

In the meantime, the annual returns for 2025-26 are now open and can be submitted in the usual way via the current Online Suite. Any submissions made before the launch of the new Online suite in January will eventually be transferred across. As well, we are pleased to say that Statistics for Mission for 2024 can be viewed here. Results from the October count can be inputted in January once the new Online Suite is launched. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Additionally, we’ve had a few queries regarding whether it’s preferred to update Office Holders now or to wait for the new system to be launched. Ultimately, the decision would rest with each church, circuit or district but we would recommend updating the details now so that the Connexional team are able to contact the correct person if need be and so that the individual can receive relevant mailings for the role. Lastly, we are very grateful for the work that you do and for your patience during this project. We apologise for any inconvenience and we appreciate that change is not easy.
