For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified. (v. 2)

But we speak God’s wisdom, secret and hidden, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. (v. 7)

And so, brothers and sisters, I could not speak to you as spiritual people, but rather as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ. (v. 1)

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? (v. 16)

Think of us in this way, as servants of Christ and stewards of God’s mysteries. (v. 1)

For who sees anything different in you? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you received it, why do you boast as if it were not a gift? (v. 7)

Clean out the old yeast so that you may be a new batch, as you really are unleavened. (v. 7)

When any of you has a grievance against another, do you dare to take it to court before the unrighteous, instead of taking it before the saints? (v. 1)

"My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one will snatch them out of my hand." (vs 27-28)

Now concerning virgins, I have no command of the Lord, but I give my opinion as one who by the Lord’s mercy is trustworthy. I think that, in view of the impending crisis, it is well for you to remain as you are. (vs 25-26)

Now concerning food sacrificed to idols: we know that 'all of us possess knowledge.' Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. (v. 1)
