Loving God, we give you thanks that we can always turn to you in prayer and know that you love us and listen to us. Whether praying with the words of others, with words of our own, or simply being with you in silence, we know that you hear us.
Help us to come to you with our joys and thanksgiving. But help us too to bring our sorrows and concerns and the needs of our neighbours, for nothing is too large or too small to share with you. So may we make prayer a part of our lives. Amen.
