"Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him." (v. 17)

But we have this treasure in clay jars, so that it may be made clear that this extraordinary power belongs to God and does not come from us. (v. 7)

Because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus, and will bring us with you into his presence. (v. 14)

For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (v. 1)

And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them. (v. 15)

So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! (v. 17)

As we work together with him, we urge you also not to accept the grace of God in vain. For he says, "At an acceptable time I have listened to you, and on a day of salvation I have helped you." (vs 1-2)

But he had to go through Samaria. (v. 4)

I rejoice, because I have complete confidence in you. (v. 16)

Now as you excel in everything – in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in utmost eagerness, and in our love for you – so we want you to excel also in this generous undertaking. (v. 7)

For we intend to do what is right not only in the Lord’s sight but also in the sight of others. (v. 21)

Each of you must give as you have made up your mind. (v. 7)
