Leading into Change regional away days - ONSITE
Do you have an issue that you've been trying to resolve for a while in your church, circuit or NPNP team, with which you'd like some help? Is there a question that's been on your minds, or a knotty problem that's got you a little stuck? The Leading into Change away days offer an opportunity to bring your issue, question or problem to workshop with others, while learning techniques you can take away and use when you get home.
The away days are designed for teams rather than individuals, so please come with at least one other person from your church, circuit or NPNP team. Lunch is provided and the cost is covered by The Methodist Church - we simply ask you to cover your travel costs. A deposit is taken at the time of booking, but this will be returned to you in full after you attend the away day. If the deposit or travel costs are an issue for you, or you'd like more information, please get in touch.

Following Jesus is all about transformation; people and churches experiencing transformation and communities being transformed. In Methodist churches, transformational leadership is practised by teams of lay and ordained leaders: ministers, lay workers, church and circuit stewards, pioneers and other committed volunteers. The monthly Leading into Change webinars offer leadership ideas to stimulate your thinking and give you space to apply this thinking to your own particular context.
