Youth President


tomThe Methodist Youth President works full-time for one year to serve the children and young
 people of the Methodist Church in Britain, their duties include: 

  • Visiting children and young people across the connexion to hear their views on issues
  • Advocating on behalf of children and young people
  • Hosting 3Generate
  • Working closely with the 3Generate Youth Reps
  • Advising the Methodist Council and Connexional Leaders Forum
  • Writing a report to the Methodist Conference about 3Generate 

Thomas Hart (pictured right) is the current Methodist Youth President. Tom would love to hear from anyone, especially if you are a young person with a view you want to share, or if you are involved in any interesting projects around the connexion.
