Train as a coach

If you've benefited from coaching and you'd love to pay it forward, consider training as a coach. Coaches listen well, ask great questions, and help the coachee figure out what positive action they want to take next. It's not about having the right answers, but about helping someone else figure out the answers for themselves.

A number of opportunities for coach training happen throughout the year. 

Online training with the Connexional Team

Our next coach training course is taking place online on Thursday evenings, 7-9.30pm from 18th April to 9th May 2024. There will also be a coaching course run by our ecumenical partners online on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June (all day). Residential training at Cliff College

There is a residential option for coach training, offered over five days at Cliff College. Contact the Evangelism and Growth Team for details of how to apply to have the cost of this residential training funded by The Methodist Church.
