The Methodist Conference Exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to engage with Conference representatives and visitors. It offers a space for organisations to share their work and connect with the wider Methodist community.
The exhibition will run from lunchtime on Thursday 24 June until the afternoon of Tuesday 29 June 2027 and will be in the Gallery, close to the refreshment area, ensuring high visibility and footfall throughout the Conference.

Exhibitors are not required to staff their stand at all times. We recommend reviewing the Conference timetable, which will be published on the Conference website in April/May, when planning your rota.
Applications to exhibit at the Methodist Conference are now open. The applicationdeadline is Friday 19 February 2027. Applicants will be notified in March 2027 whether they have been allocated a space.
