Tickets for Conference 2027 Events and Ordination Services

Booking for the Conference weekend events and Ordination Services will open in April 2027. A link to book tickets will be available on this page.

Unless you are a Conference Representative, you will need a ticket to attend the weekend events listed below. Conference Representatives only need to book tickets for the Ordination Services.

• Opening of the Conference & Induction of the President and Vice-President
  Date: Saturday 26 June 2027
  Location: Telford International Centre

• Reception into Full Connexion and Sunday Worship (morning)
  Date: Sunday 27 June 2027
  Location: Telford International Centre

• An Ordination Service (afternoon)
  Date: Sunday 27 June 2027
  Location: Different locations

Important Information

• Tickets are not required to attend the Conference sessions outside of the weekend.
• Conference Representative sessions (Saturday 26 June – Wednesday 30 June) will be live‑streamed and recorded. Recordings will be available on the Conference website until the end of August.

Photography & Filming Consent

Photographers will be present throughout the weekend events. Images and video footage may be used to promote the Methodist Church through:

• The Conference website
• Methodist Church social media channels
• The Methodist Recorder

Your image will not be shared with third parties.

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please get in touch with us in advance at:

Please note:

• Once we publish photos or videos, we cannot remove them from printed publications or specific sections of recorded media.
• If you request not to be featured, we will ensure your image is not used in any future publications, videos, or audio.
