Accommodation for representatives at the Conference
Accommodation will be arranged for you unless you indicate during registration that you prefer to make your own arrangements. If you live near the venue or wish to stay with friends, you are welcome to do so, but please make this clear when registering.
Accommodation is normally provided as follows:
Presbyteral representatives: from Thursday (or Wednesday if travelling a long distance).
Lay and diaconal representatives: from Saturday (or Friday if travelling a long distance).
Arrival dates for each district will be published on the Conference webpages. You will also receive a reminder with your invitation to register. If you wish to arrive earlier than the date allocated for your district, it may be possible to arrange accommodation, though this will usually be at your own expense.
