Registration for the 2026 Conference opened on 28 January 2026, when Members of the Conference were sent an invitation containing a personalised link to the online registration system.

When should I arrive?
To help keep the overall cost of the Conference at an affordable level, we estimate the travelling time for each group of representatives and book their accommodation accordingly. The expected arrival dates for each group are listed in the table available to download below.
If you need to arrive earlier than the date allocated to your group, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
