The Methodist Conference Exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to connect with Conference representatives and visitors. It’s a space where organisations can share their work, raise awareness, and engage with the wider Methodist community.

The exhibition will run from lunchtime on Thursday 25 June until the afternoon of Tuesday 30 June. The exhibition will be located in the Gallery, close to the refreshment area, ensuring high visibility and footfall.

  • Opening times are listed in the Terms and Conditions (see downloads below).
  • You are not required to staff your stand at all times, but we recommend reviewing the Conference timetable, to be published on the Conference website in May/early June to help plan your rota.

Applications to book a stand at the 2026 Conference are now closed. If you have submitted an application, we will contact you in March to confirm whether you have been allocated a space.
