Public Transport Links
Train: Telford Central Station is located less than a mile from The Telford International Centre is a 15 minutes walk or two minute taxi drive away.
Bus: Frequent bus service operate between Telford Central station and the venue. Arriva Midlands routes 5A, 5B, 4 and 5 run approximately every 10 minutes and stop directly at The International Centre. For information on how to get to Telford by bus please go to www.arrivabus.co.uk.
Nearest airport: The Telford International Centre is less than an hour by road from Birmingham International airport. There are rail connections from Birmingham International Station, which is accessible directly from the airport.
Parking: The Telford International Centre has over 1500 car parking spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue.

The venue has marked blue badge spaces situated on Car Parks 1 and 4. Please remember to display your blue badge within your vehicle on arrival. Car Park 1 is situated adjacent to a ramped footpath to E1 and E2, and Car Park 4 is adjacent to E4.
Charging points for electric vehicles:
Telford International Centre has four fast-charging EV points on its campus. These are 22kWh, untethered charging points (which means you will need to use your own charging cable), and they are located in the car park of The International Hotel (Postcode: TF3 4EH; What Three Words: chill, firmer, sundial).
The service is provided by Monta, so you will need to download the Monta app to be able to use the charging points.
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair users can easily access The International Centre entrances via a lift and ramps. All entrances have automatic doors. Once inside the venue, a lift to the First Floor, Conference Hall and exhibition area, is available in the Reception Foyer. Scooters and wheelchairs can be pre-booked prior to visiting the venue by calling 01952 281 500 or by e-mailing contactus@tictelford.com
Toilets
The International Centre has unisex, and separate male and female, wheelchair accessible toilets located on both the ground and first floors.
Fire Evacuation
The International Centre operates a Managed Fire Evacuation System. Safe holding areas are located on the first floor to ensure wheelchair users can be safely escorted to the Fire Exit by one of our Fire Evacuation Stewards.
If you discover a FIRE:
- Raise the alarm immediately using the nearest ‘Break Glass’ point or inform a member of Venue Staff.
In the event of an Emergency Activation:
You will hear the following automated message:
‘ATTENTION, ATTENTION, AN EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTS WITHIN THE BUILDING, PLEASE LEAVE VIA THE NEAREST AVAILABLE EXIT’
On hearing this message, please leave the Building IMMEDIATELY by the nearest exit in a calm and orderly manner.
Medical Provision
In the event of a medical emergency, please follow one of the steps below:
- Contact a member of Venue Staff or a Steward (wearing red tabards). They will radio for a first aider.
- Or visit Reception on the lower concourse.
