🚆 By Train

Telford Central Station is located less than a mile from the Telford International Centre and is approximately a 15 minute walk or two minute taxi drive away. The walking route is signposted, but keep sharp look-out when you get to the shopping centre where it is easy to take a wrong turn. 

🚌 Bus

Frequent bus service operate between Telford Central station and the Telford International Centre. Arriva Midlands routes: 5A, 5B, 4 and 5 run (every 10 minutes).

✈️ By Air

The Telford International Centre is less than an hour by road from Birmingham International airport. There are rail connections from Birmingham International Station to Telford Central Station.

  • 1500 spaces onsite within easy walking distance.
  • Sat Nav: TF3 4JH
  • Blue Badge Spaces: Car Parks 1 & 4 (near ramps and accessible entrances). Please remember to display your blue badge within your vehicle on arrival.

EV Charging Points

  • 4 fast-charging points (22kWh, untethered) at The International Hotel car park. You will need to use your own charging cable.
  • What3Words: chill, firmer, sundial
  • Service via Monta App. You will need to download the Monta app to be able to use the charging points.

Accessibility & Visitor Support

The Conference is committed to ensuring all visitors, representatives, staff, volunteers, and guests can easily access and move around the venue.

  • A Steward (identified by a red tabard) who will be happy to help.

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair users can easily access The International Centre entrances via a lift and ramps. All entrances have automatic doors. Once inside the venue, a lift to the First Floor, Conference Hall and exhibition area, is available in the Reception Foyer.

🚻 Accessible Toilets

Unisex, and separate male and female wheelchair accessible toilets located on both floors.

🔥 Fire Evacuation

The International Centre operates a Managed Fire Evacuation System with safe holding areas for wheelchair users.

If you discover a FIRE:

  • Raise the alarm immediately using the nearest ‘Break Glass’ point or inform a member of Venue Staff.

In the event of an Emergency Activation:

You will hear the following automated message:

ATTENTION, ATTENTION, AN EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTS WITHIN THE BUILDING, PLEASE LEAVE VIA THE NEAREST AVAILABLE EXIT’

On hearing this message, please leave the Building IMMEDIATELY by the nearest exit in a calm and orderly manner.

🏥 Medical Provision

In the event of a medical emergency, please follow one of the steps below:

  • Contact a member of Venue Staff or a Steward (wearing red tabards). They will radio for a first aider.
  • Or visit Reception on the lower concourse.
