Andy Dye was a science teacher in Cornwall and also a lay preacher. From January 2010 to October 2015 he was a Mission Partner with the Methodist Church of the Caribbean and the Americas (MCCA) South Caribbean District in Grenada. In Grenada Andy was leading teacher training and youth work, as well as working within the Methodist Church.

One of the students I was helping to learn the guitar now regularly plays for her church in worship time. I have also introduced the music and lyrics of the band Muse in a guidance and counselling session, to get children to think about their hopes and expectations...
